Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 September 2026
Aeronuvia (aeronuvia.com) has no accounts, sign-ups or forms. We don't ask for your name, email or any other personal details. This policy explains the limited information that is processed when you use the site.
Information stored in your browser
The site saves two things in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings:
- Theme preference (
aero-theme) — whether you chose light or dark mode. - Recently viewed airports (
aero-recent) — up to six airport codes, shown on the home page.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
We show ads provided by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- How Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Other third-party services
- Hosting — the site runs on Vercel, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
- Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are fetched.
- Maps — airport pages embed a map from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when the map loads.
Weather, FAA and airport data are fetched by our server, not by your browser, so NOAA, the FAA and OurAirports never receive your information.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
